Relevant units:
National fastener Standardization Technical Committee (SAC / tc85) is a professional standardization technical committee established with the approval of the National Standardization Management Committee and is responsible for the standardization work in the field of fasteners throughout the country. The sixth national fastener Standardization Technical Committee has been working for five years. According to the relevant requirements of the administrative measures of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee (Order No. 191 of the General Administration), preparations for the replacement of the national fastener Standardization Technical Committee are now under way. Based on the principle of wide participation, members of the 7th National Fastener Standardization Technical Committee are now publicly solicited from relevant units across the country. The specific requirements are notified as follows:
1、 Solicitation scope
The National Technical Committee for fastener Standardization (SAC / tc85) is now soliciting professionals from manufacturers, operators, users, consumers, public interest parties (including education and scientific research institutions, administrative departments, testing and certification institutions, social organizations) and other units in fastener related fields.
2、 Membership conditions
1. Have been engaged in technical work in standards, management, production, scientific research, teaching and testing in fastener related professional fields for more than 5 years, be familiar with the technical and standardization work of this major, have high theoretical level, solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience, and have good written skills and foreign language level;
2. Have intermediate or above professional and technical titles, or have positions corresponding to intermediate or above professional and technical titles;
3. Master the basic knowledge of standardization, be enthusiastic about the cause of standardization, be able to actively participate in various activities organized and recommended by the technical committee, and earnestly perform the duties and obligations of the committee members (be able to give feedback on the draft for comments and draft for review, attend the standard review meeting, annual meeting, participate in standardization training and other related activities, and vote on time);
4. The personnel serving in legal person organizations established in China voluntarily and with the consent of their units, and agree to provide necessary financial support for their participation in standardization activities;
5. Comply with other relevant requirements of the administrative measures of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee.
3、 Application procedures and requirements
1. Members shall be recommended by units or individuals, and recommended by their units, and the candidate shall fill in the member registration form of National Professional Standardization Technical Committee (see Annex 1).
2. The unit to which the candidate belongs shall be responsible for reviewing the contents filled in by the applicant. After confirmation, the person in charge of the unit shall sign opinions at the designated position of the Committee registration form and affix the official seal of the unit (consistent with the name of the unit in the registration form, and the copy of the official seal is invalid). The unit to which the candidate belongs shall be responsible for the authenticity of the contents of the member registration form.
3. Before March 15, 2022, please mail the paper materials of the committee member registration form in triplicate (printed on the front and back, each with my recent bareheaded 2-inch color photo), one 2-inch color photo at the bottom (indicate the name on the back for making the committee member certificate), and a copy of my professional title certificate to the Secretariat; The successor members shall also fill in the above relevant materials again (the electronic version of the member registration form can be sent to the Secretariat first, and then sent in paper after confirmation). At the same time, the electronic documents of the member registration form (scanned copies of word version and sealed version) shall be sent to the mailbox of the Secretariat（ chenyanling@pcmi.com.cn ）The subject of the email is: registration form of the 7th SAC / TC 85 committee member - unit - name.
4. The Secretariat will, in accordance with relevant regulations, evaluate the candidates for committee members, comprehensively evaluate the work ability of the applicant units and individuals, put forward the establishment plan of the sixth national fastener Standardization Technical Committee, and submit it to the superior competent department and the National Standardization Management Committee for approval in accordance with the specified procedures.
5. Please fill in the registration form of unit member or observer of national fastener Standardization Technical Committee (Annex 2) and submit paper materials in one copy.
6. All application materials will be used as technical files and will not be returned to the person or unit.
